I heard about Minecraft stuck on Red Screen Bug Ps4 before, but I didn’t it was that irritating until it happens to me. And I don’t want to lose, so I did some research that helps resolve the issue without losing any data.
Minecraft is stuck on Red screen because there are some files that the game is unable to read. Pressing L1+L2+R1+R2 can fix the Red Screen bug on Minecraft. If this doesn’t work, then reinstalling the game will definately solve the Red Screen bug in Minecraft.
But if you don’t want to reinstall the whole game then are still a few methods you do, that can work for you.
How to fix Red Screen bug without deleting Minecraft
Although we can create the backup of the data, still there is no reason for you to do that if the problem can be resolved without doing so.
Some of you ask then what is the need for the first method? Well, the thing is, none of these methods work for me, but they did work for a lot of people.
Either way you are not going to lose anything and if And If it worked, it can save you a some trouble and effort.
Method 1: Close and Re-open Minecraft
I know this is pretty obvious, and some of you might have already tried it. But if you haven’t, I say give it a try. If it worked then congrats.
To Close Application:
- Go to the home screen and hover over Minecraft Application
- Go to the Edit folder by clicking “Option” and then Close the application.
I have to read on Reddit that it sometimes take upto 5-6 tries before it works. So, do this for atleast 5-6 times, anf if it still doesn’t work for you, chances are, it will never work for you.
Method 2: Restart your Ps4
If the previos method didn’t work for you then you should try to restart your Ps4.
This one is also pretty obvious and it didn’t work for me. But it did work for one of my friends. Like me his game is also stuck on the Red screen and Restarting his Ps4 seems to have resolved the issue for him.
Method 3
Another way to resolve the red screen bug in Minecraft is pressing your L1+L2+R1+R2, and try this atleast 2-3 times.
This one seem to work for quiet a few people, but it didn’t work for me.
